We are pleased to announce that all Solenoid Companies will be changing their name to Kraus & Naimer.
This change will unite the eighteen wholly-owned sales organizations with the eight
Kraus & Naimer Production facilities around the world.
This global change better relates the Sales Organizations with the products we sell.

There will be no change in ownership and the same personnel will continue
to provide the quality service and products our customers are accustomed to.

This change will be effective January 1, 2009.
